Video Content Manager PositionThe ideal candidate for this role will have a keen eye for creativity and organizational skills to develop, coordinate, and execute video content across various platforms.Develop innovative video concepts for YouTube, social media, ads, influencer integrations, and campaigns.Assist in script development, shot lists, and storyboards to bring the concept to life.Evaluate whether the content aligns with our brand tone, communication goals, and philosophy.Collaborate effectively with external ad agencies, creators, editors, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.Coordinate actor/model shortlisting, auditions, and final approvals to meet project deadlines.Share briefs, scripts, and references with partners to facilitate timely deliveries.Requirements-1–3 years of experience in video content creation, production coordination, or video editing.A deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-form video culture to stay up-to-date with industry trends.Proficiency in basic to intermediate video editing skills (Premiere Pro/CapCut/DaVinci).Ability to manage multiple projects, partners, and timelines efficiently.Aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
