Job Title: SailPoint Tester Support Role


Experience: 4+ years


Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Planning & Execution: Develop, execute, and manage test cases, test plans, and test scripts for SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow solutions.
  • SailPoint Solution Testing: Conduct comprehensive functional and integration testing for SailPoint modules, including provisioning, certification, and workflows.
  • Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools, and work closely with developers for timely resolution.
  • Automation Expertise: Create and manage automated test scripts for SailPoint functionalities to ensure efficient regression testing.
  • Support Role: Provide end-to-end support for SailPoint testing environments, including setting up test environments, maintaining test data, and ensuring system stability.
  • Collaboration: Work with IAM developers, security engineers, and business teams to understand and translate security requirements into comprehensive test plans.
  • Reporting: Generate detailed test reports, provide analysis, and recommend solutions for optimizing the SailPoint platform.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in testing,
  • Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience in SailPoint testing: workflows, provisioning, access certification, and policy enforcement.
  • Proficiency in using testing tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM) for defect management and test case tracking.
  • Experience in automating tests for SailPoint modules.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working with cross-functional teams.
