Key Responsibilities of a Facility ExecutiveAs a facility executive, your key responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property. Your primary objectives are to prioritize facilities' needs, work with facilities managers and assistant facilities managers to ensure all administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are covered.Prioritize facilities' needs.Oversee property's day-to-day operations.Ensure administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are covered.You will also be responsible for managing supply contracts, mitigating risks through emergency evacuation procedures and business continuity plans, and ensuring health and safety issues are addressed.Conduct routine site rounds and critical area inspections.Manage tickets raised and closure tracked within SLA.Update shift-wise M&E stock records.Manage vendors at site level.Coordinate with local authorities team.Coordinate with site facilities management team for daily activities.Prepare material BOQ if required.Manage manpower deployments.Manage inventory and store operations.Ensure checklists are updated for upkeep of the facility.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.Manage energy consumption and data.Manage FM and LL MOMs on a weekly and monthly basis.Maintain records of admin reports.Manage incident reports and trackers.Manage technical equipment data sheets and vendor information according to the 52-week PPM calendar schedule.Conduct M&E team briefings.Record observations and closures on a daily basis.Update PPM and service reports and provide time-to-time updates with the PPM planner.Issue work permits and maintain records.Manage gate passes and material movements.Provide data and reports to clients as required.Check logbooks, checklists, equipment history cards, and inventory registers on a regular basis.Provide training to M&E teams from time to time.Manage M&E team attendance and records.Work flexible shifts and six days a week.
