Job Title: Cloud Data Warehousing SpecialistThis is an exciting opportunity to lead the design, setup, and management of new cloud data warehousing projects from the ground up.About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Data Warehousing Specialist to join our team.Your primary responsibility will be to architect and deploy new cloud data environments and projects from initial setup to production.You will design, implement, and optimize Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) workflows for large-scale data ingestion.Additionally, you will help manage schema design, indexing, and partitioning for performance and scalability.You will optimize query performance and storage configurations across clusters.Implement best practices for security, data governance, and cost management.Collaborate with strategy, dev, and DevOps teams to support business needs.Troubleshoot and resolve cloud data performance or connectivity issues.Stay current with cloud feature releases and ecosystem integrations.Requirements:3+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Redshift or similar cloud data warehousing platforms.Proven expertise in initial cluster setup, configuration, and scaling.Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, star/snowflake schemas, and data modeling.Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL), Redshift Spectrum, and AWS services such as S3, Glue, and Lambda.Experience with ETL/ELT tools (e.g., AWS Glue, Informatica, dbt, or Airflow).Strong background in performance tuning and query optimization.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.What We Offer:A competitive salary and benefits package.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.A collaborative and dynamic work environment.The chance to work on challenging projects and make a real impact.How to Apply:If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge, please submit your application.
