Senior Executive - Finance


Location: Cochin, Kerala

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive in Finance to manage the day-to-day finance operations for our organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in finance within the service-related industry, specifically in IT, Engineering Services, or manpower-based businesses.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure smooth management of day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management.
  • Prepare and maintain Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Management Information System (MIS) reports for various units, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial data.
  • Conduct cost analysis, manage project costings, and ensure proper allocation of costs in line with financial goals.
  • Manage and ensure timely compliance with TDS, GST, and other applicable taxes. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of returns.
  • Provide support for financial audits, financial planning, and budgeting processes. Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.


Desired Qualifications:

  • Education: CMA, CA Inter, CA, MCOM, or MBA in Finance
  • Proven experience of 4+years in finance roles, preferably in service-based industries such as IT, Engineering Services, or manpower-based businesses.
  • Solid understanding of finance processes, costing, and tax compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
  • Knowledge of financial software and systems.
  • Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, and Taxation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
