Job OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled CAD/CAE Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in design and automation of CAD/CAE workflows, integration with PLM systems, and leadership in initiatives that reduce design cycle time and improve engineering productivity.The successful applicant will be exposed to global OEM projects, cutting-edge tools, and opportunities to mentor automation teams. Key responsibilities include:Developing and customizing automation tools for CAD/CAE systemsAutomating design and simulation workflows across platformsIntegrating CAD/CAE systems with PLM platformsImplementing pre-processing and post-processing automation for FEA/CFD workflowsCollaborating with global engineering and IT teamsRequired skills include:Proficiency in CAD/CAE tools (CATIA V5, NX, Creo, Hypermesh, Ansa, Ansys)Programming skills in languages such as C++, Python, C#, VB.NET, and TCL/TkPLM integration and automation framework knowledgeAgile methodology and cloud platform experienceApplicants should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, and possess 5–12 years of experience in CAD/CAE automation and customization.
