PPC FreshersAs a PPC Fresher, you will be trained to manage and optimize Ads campaigns, analyze performance, and contribute to achieving our clients' marketing goals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about digital marketing and wants to grow their skills in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the creation, execution, and monitoring of Google Adscampaigns across various formats (Search, Display, Video, etc.)Help in identifying relevant keywords through research to targetthe right audienceAnalyze campaign performance using Google Ads and GoogleAnalyticsCollaborate with the team to refine ad copy, landing pages, andbid strategies for campaign optimizationSupport in adjusting bids and budgets to ensure campaigns meetgoalsProvide regular reports on campaign performance, including keymetrics like clicks, impressions, conversions, and ROIStay updated on the latest trends, features, and best practicesin Google Ads and PPC marketingParticipate in brainstorming sessions to improve campaignperformance and contribute creative ideasRequired Skills:Basic understanding of online advertising, especially Google Ads(AdWords)Strong analytical mindset with attention to detailAbility to work with data and extract actionable insightsGood written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) andfamiliarity with Google Analytics is a plusWillingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologiesSelf-motivated and capable of working in a team environmentQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any related fieldCertification in Google Ads (preferred but not mandatory)Passion for digital marketing and advertisingNo prior experience required; training will be providedBenefits8 to 5 work timings, a great time to balance your work and personal life5 days Working.Leave Encashment Rewards and Recognition Gratuity Learning & development opportunities.
