Workday Integration SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Specialist to design, develop and support integrations between Workday and internal/external systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and web services.This role requires both technical expertise and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver seamless, reliable, and scalable Workday solutions. The successful candidate will have experience in building and supporting integrations for Workday HCM Applications, and be able to troubleshoot integration issues with HCM functional leads.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop and test integrations between Workday HCM and other applicationsDesign and deliver future-ready Workday solutions to help optimize HR functions and enhance employee experienceIdentify, assess, and solve complex business problems for integrating the Workday cloud application with external applications across a wide array of HR functionsSupport Workday integration & strong knowledge of XML, XSLT development/testingContribute to overall project objectives and specific deliverablesDesign, build and support testing of Workday integration code base including Studio, EIB, CCW, PECI, PICOF and supporting 3rd party codingRequired Skills and QualificationsMinimum 4+ years' experience in Workday implementation/configuration supportHands on experience configuring in Workday general HCM, business process framework, and reportingExperience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST and WS standards)Ability to work and coordinate with cross-functional teams on data related inquiriesWhy Us?Award-winning enterprise partnerDiverse global culture with over 2000 employeesHigh-growth environment with opportunities for innovation and leadershipHybrid work flexibility and inclusive leadership culture
