Hubspot Specialist Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and data-driven, with 1–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Ops, or a similar analytical role.Key responsibilities include:Maintaining and updating HubSpot records, properties, lists, and workflows is crucial for streamlined operations.Data hygiene, deduplication, and consistent reporting are essential tasks to ensure accurate insights.Assisting with lead routing, lifecycle stage updates, and funnel tracking supports the overall performance of the sales team.Supporting integration data flows between HubSpot and tools like Apollo, Ads, and others enhances the company's ability to track and analyze customer behavior.Reporting & AnalyticsBuilding dashboards and weekly reports for pipeline, funnel metrics, SDR output, AE performance, and campaign results helps stakeholders make informed decisions.Analyzing conversion rates and identifying bottlenecks across the GTM funnel enables the company to optimize its marketing strategies.Providing data insights to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership ensures that everyone is aligned and working towards the same goals.Process SupportDocumenting and maintaining GTM processes and SOPs helps new employees quickly understand their roles and responsibilities.Assisting with building automated workflows, sequences, and nurture programs streamlines the onboarding process and reduces manual errors.Supporting outbound and inbound lead processes for SDR and AE teams improves the overall efficiency of the sales team.Helping QA marketing campaigns, forms, and tracking setup ensures that all marketing efforts are accurately tracked and measured.Cross-Functional SupportWorking with Marketing on lead lists, segmentation, and tracking for campaigns enhances the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.Supporting Sales with forecasting reports, deal hygiene, and pipeline visibility provides the sales team with the information they need to close deals.Assisting Customer Success with renewal tracking, customer data, and account reporting ensures that customer relationships are maintained and grown over time.
