If so, joining the Corporate Strategy team at Nutanix offers you the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, shape transformative initiatives, and be at the forefront of innovation, all while making a meaningful impact on our growth and operational excellence.   About the Team Corporate Strategy team   Your RoleCollaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine Nutanix's Product and Go-To-Market strategies.Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.Develop and present comprehensive business cases to drive executive-level discussions and decision-making.Define, track, and report on key performance indicators for strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with company goals.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to enhance operational efficiency and drive execution of strategic projects.Engage with the CEO and executive team to shape strategic priorities and provide insights that influence company direction.Lead initiatives that foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and promote strategic thinking throughout the organization.Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for strategic initiatives across the company.   What You Will BringMBA from a top-tier business school.5 years of experience overall, with experience in Strategy Consulting firms or in a Corporate Strategy role at enterprise software / SaaS companiesStrategic and structured thinker, with a track record of executing large cross-functional initiativesEffective communicator with strong executive presenceStrong knowledge of enterprise software / SaaS GTM motion, business concepts and metricsStrategy consulting experience mandatory.   Work Arrangement Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources.
