Key Roles in AI DevelopmentWe're seeking an experienced individual to lead the creation of sophisticated artificial intelligence (AI) solutions. As an AI developer, you will design and implement high-performance search retrieval-augmented generation systems.About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for developing reliable self-improving systems that empower subject matter experts to automate complex high-value work. This includes building products fully enabled by large language models (LLMs), recent foundation model developments, and evaluating emerging techniques for assimilation into production systems.Main Responsibilities:Product Development: Develop cutting-edge products that leverage LLMs and integrate emerging techniques into production environments.High-Performance Search RAG: Design, build, and optimize data indexing ranking query processing systems for search retrieval-augmented generation.Evaluation Frameworks: Create robust frameworks to evaluate performance agents RAG systems using various LLMs.Requirements:1-3 years of experience in software engineering or end-to-end data science with strong Python proficiency and data-oriented algorithms.A strong background in distributed AI agents, data systems, and machine learning engineering.Familiarity with modern Python microservices, FastAPI, Ray.IO, distributed AI workloads, Kubernetes orchestration, gRPC inter-service communication, and Google Cloud Pub/Sub event streaming.Experience working with vector databases, such as LlamaIndex, LangGraph, SmolAgent, Instructor, Anthropic OpenAI Qdrant, ParadeDB, Sentence-Transformers, FAISS.Demonstrated experience building agents, training, and evaluating emerging LLMs and building RAG systems.Familiarity with core technologies like Ray, Postgres, Iceberg, Google Cloud, Docker/Kubernetes/Helm is a plus.
