With a strong foundation in accountancy and a proven track record in financial reporting and analysis, you will collaborate closely with cross -functional departments to deliver timely and accurate financial insights. This position offers a strategic opportunity to influence business performance through meticulous financial management and proactive oversight. Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain accurate general ledger entries and financial statements in accordance with GAAP and company policiesConduct monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with precision and timelinessPerform detailed account reconciliations, including bank, accounts receivable, and accounts payableMonitor budgets, analyze variances, and provide actionable financial insights to managementEnsure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate with external auditors during auditsSupport the preparation of tax returns and maintain proper documentation for audit readinessAssist in the development and implementation of internal controls to safeguard assets and improve financial accuracyGenerate management reports, including cash flow statements, profit and loss summaries, and balance sheetsCollaborate with department heads to forecast financial needs and support budget planningUtilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) to streamline financial workflows and enhance data integrityRequirements Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field5+ years of progressive experience in accounting, preferably in a corporate or professional services environmentStrong proficiency in accountancy principles, financial reporting, and compliance standardsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast -paced environment with a high level of accountabilityProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP)Excellent analytical, problem -solving, and attention to detail skillsStrong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial data to non -financial stakeholdersExperience with audit coordination, tax preparation, and internal control frameworks is highly desirableProfessional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) is a plus but not mandatory
