Job OpportunityFinance and Operations Expertise SoughtWe are on the hunt for an accomplished expert to support the ongoing implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Your primary role will be to provide guidance and support to business users, contribute towards solution design, create functional and customisation design documents, assist with configuration and data migration, troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions.Key Responsibilities:Support the roll out of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations across all countriesProvide assistance to business users with their day-to-day tasks and responsibilitiesDevelop a deep understanding of the functional capabilities and limitations of out-of-the-box functionalityIdentify customer requirements and match them with D365 F&O capabilitiesExplore creative workarounds to meet requirements without customisationsAnalyse business processes to identify opportunities for improvementStay up-to-date with Microsoft's continuous release plans and suggest appropriate new functionality when availableEssential Skills and Qualifications:Thorough knowledge of D365 F&O Finance module & Project Management and Accounting (PMA)Ability to apply knowledge in practical scenariosExperience of delivering tailored solutions to complex business problemsStrong communication skills for global collaborationDemonstrable consultancy experienceIn-depth working knowledge of business processes and ER frameworkLogical approach to problem-solving and structured change managementAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectivelyHigh attention to detailRequirements:Relevant Microsoft certification5+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance ConsultantPMA Module implementation and supportFluent English is mandatoryExcellent documentation and communication skillsGood interpersonal skillsQualified Accountant / MBA (Finance) desirablePerks and Expectations:This position offers a unique opportunity to grow professionally while making a lasting impact in the industry.
