Technical Project Manager

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player with the ability to handle all the resources and coordination from a technical standpoint. You must set and achieve objectives, ensure quality and control of projects, handle client interaction, and act as the subject expert. Role reports to head of engineering.

Responsibilities
Control the entire project life cycle
Track progress and milestones
Be the primary link between the engineering team and Head of Engineering
Train engineering teams on product requirements, product functionality and product requirements
Develop and manage the project, communication, resource plans and processes
Analyze all management and technical processes to ensure projects are delivered as expected
Meet regularly with project stakeholders, internal & external, and define project goals and objectives
Schedule project timelines
Generate regular reports to update stakeholders and manage projects
Oversee day-to-day technical operations, including assignments and personnel review
Define roles and responsibilities of the team and determine clear deliverables
Research and evaluate new hardware and software technology best suited for projects and products

Qualifications
Bachelor‘s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science
Proficient in programming with exposure to any of C++, Java, C#, etc.
Familiar with Scrum methodologies

Experience
Minimum 1 year experience in engineering or project management in financial markets
