With 13+ years of experience, we operate across Mumbai, Gurugram, Pune, Chennai & Bangalore. Clay & Dotwise are Alchemist’s verticals focusing on mainline, digital, and client servicing excellence. Role Overview We are hiring Trainees for our Client Servicing team for both Digital and Non Digital in Mumbai. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career candidates who want hands-on exposure to marketing, campaign coordination, and agency operations. Responsibilities • Assist senior team members in client coordination • Understand client products, services, and target audience • Conduct basic research & gather competitor insights • Support creation of campaign ideas, briefs & presentations • Prepare reports, way-forward documents & meeting notes • Coordinate with design, planning & creative teams • Assist in campaign execution, timelines & task tracking • Support in preparing marketing plans & documentation Skills Required • Good communication (written & verbal) • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel) • Logical thinking & problem-solving mindset • Attention to detail and strong time-management • Creative thinking / ability to propose fresh ideas • Willingness to learn and positive attitude Perks & Culture • Fun, high-energy, non-hierarchical work culture • Mentorship from experienced client servicing professionals • Real-time exposure to brand campaigns • Fast growth path from Trainee → Full-Time role • Office parties that you absolutely can’t skip
