Sales Growth Strategist

Job Description:We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive our sales growth. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in our defined territory.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully achieving assigned targets, with 7-10 years of experience selling software solutions and services to enterprise customers.A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or an appropriate field is required. The successful candidate will be familiar with solution selling techniques and possess strong account management skills.Certifications in relevant cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) are highly desirable. A passion for selling and a constant desire to learn new technologies are essential for this role.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure.Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets and other key performance matrices.Build and maintain strong client relationships with multi-level decision-makers.Understand client requirements and propose suitable Cloud solutions & services.Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful customer onboarding.Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to position cloud services effectively.Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting in CRM system.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or appropriate field.7-10 years of experience selling Software Solution and Services to enterprise customers.Familiar with solution selling techniques and strong account management skills.Certifications in relevant cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Possess high degree of self-motivation, initiative, integrity, discipline and commitment.Must be highly adaptable, process oriented, result driven, quick learner and team player.Benefits:This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to grow their career and contribute to our success.
