Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Principal QA Engineer to take ownership of delivering high-quality software through advanced testing strategies. This is a hands-on IC role where you will design and implement automation frameworks, execute complex test plans, and drive an AI-first approach to quality assurance.This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced tester looking to take on a leadership role in a dynamic agile development team.Key Responsibilities:Lead Testing Initiatives: Develop and maintain robust testing strategies and automation platforms.Hands-On Execution: Author and execute functional test cases and automation scripts for complex features.Automation Expertise: Define and implement automation strategies, protocols, and frameworks.Performance & Accessibility: Conduct performance testing and ensure compliance with accessibility standards.Continuous Improvement: Recommend architectural improvements for scalability and reliability of testing methodologies.Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product owners, and other QA engineers to ensure sprint commitments are met.AI-Driven QA: Leverage AI agents to automate test execution and reduce reliance on traditional scripts.Requirements8–13 years overall in Software Testing.6+ years in Automation Testing.3+ years hands-on experience with Cypress and TypeScript for UI automation.Experience with performance testing using K6.API testing using Postman.Accessibility tools like Wave and AudioEye.DevOps Knowledge: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities.Ability to leverage AI agents for automated testing.
