Key responsibilities include:Executing program requests according to product introductions in each workcell.Maintaining a variation of +/- 1% of quoted time in manufacturing programs based on monthly specifications.Providing assistance in modification, optimization, and line balancing requests from manufacturing engineers and supervisors.Updating manufacturing backup information monthly.Implementing Manufacturing Execution System (MES) quality management system use in manufacturing engineering for new product introductions.Achieving 0 discrepancies in internal systems definition or adjustment with new manufacturing equipment installations.Training manufacturing engineering technicians on Valor software for program generation and visual aids.Training Manufacturing Engineers on process routes generation in the MES system.Implementing at least one Engineering improvement project.The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of global logistics operations and industry, proficiency in determining logistics requirements, financial and analytical skills, international tax knowledge, change management experience, and effective communication skills.Requirements include 2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing and related processes, programming manufacturing equipment, or a combination of education, experience, and training.
