Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Integration Specialist to join our team and design, implement, and maintain seamless integrations across our enterprise application landscape. The ideal candidate will focus on building and managing APIs and integration flows between SAP, EDI platforms, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and e-commerce systems.Key Responsibilities:Design & Development:Build, configure, and maintain MuleSoft flows, APIs, and connectors for SAP, Salesforce Sales Cloud, EDI, and e-commerce platforms.Develop integration solutions to support order management, product data synchronization, customer master data, pricing, and inventory availability.Ensure compliance with integration design standards, security protocols, and data governance policies.Integration Management:Manage end-to-end data flows between SAP and external EDI providers (e.g., order-to-cash, procure-to-pay).Enable bi-directional integrations between Salesforce Sales Cloud and SAP to support sales operations, quoting, and fulfillment.Support connections between SAP and e-commerce platforms (product catalogs, pricing, order updates, customer accounts).Testing & Documentation:Perform unit, system, and integration testing; support UAT with business teams.Document integration flows, data mappings, and error-handling procedures.Support & Maintenance:Monitor integration performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize throughput.Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal business disruption.Provide production support for deployed interfaces and APIs.Qualifications & Skills:Technical Skills:Strong experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API Manager, Runtime Manager, DataWeave).Hands-on integration with SAP (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, OData services).Familiarity with EDI transaction standards (e.g., X12, EDIFACT).Experience integrating Salesforce Sales Cloud with ERP/CRM systems.Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, SAP Commerce/Hybris, or similar).Proficiency in REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and API best practices.Other Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for MuleSoft deployments.Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively.Experience:>5 years of MuleSoft development experience.Proven track record integrating SAP with third-party systems (EDI, Salesforce, e-commerce).Experience in global enterprise environments is highly desirable.Experience with ERP, particularly SAP, will be a plus.Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).MuleSoft certifications (MuleSoft Certified Developer) preferred.
