Statistical Programmer RoleAt a leading healthcare organization, we're driving patient treatment innovation with cutting-edge solutions. As a senior statistical programmer, you'll be instrumental in developing and delivering high-quality data summaries for clinical development programs.This role reports to the Director of Biostatistics and Programming within our Clinical Development business unit. You will work independently, tracking progress and providing expert technical support to team members.Developing datasets, complex listings, tables (including descriptive and standard inferential statistics), and graphs using SAS or R programming languagesGenerating SDTM, ADaM specifications, datasets, reviewer's guide, and define.xml files for multiple studiesCreating SAS programs generating datasets, complex listings, tables, and graphs tailored to clinical development programs' needsReviewing/authoring data transfer specifications for external vendors and SOPs/work instructions for statistical programming practicesThe ideal candidate will have exceptional SAS programming skills and expertise in statistical programming procedures and processes. They must also possess extensive knowledge of CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM, Define.xml), medical terminology, clinical trial methodologies, and FDA/ICH regulations.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or Statistics7+ years of experience as a Statistical Programmer on a Biotech/Pharma Clinical Development Biometrics Team or similarExceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independentlyOur organization is committed to empowering individuals to drive change and excellence in their roles.
