Job Title: HR and Admin Manager/Senior ManagerAs a seasoned professional, you will oversee all aspects of human resources and administrative operations across the organization. This role demands a proactive, organized, and communicative individual who can manage recruitment, employee relations, office operations, compliance, and strategic initiatives while ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.Human Resources Management:Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.Develop and manage Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) for HR and Admin staff.Conduct induction programs and orientation sessions for new joiners and interns.Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and performance appraisal coordination.Maintain HR records, employee databases, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.Coordinate with external recruitment partners and law colleges for internship and placement programs.Administrative OversightEnsure smooth functioning of daily office operations including inventory, supplies, and vendor management.Supervise Front Desk and Support Staff:Manage travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and internal event coordination.Oversee office infrastructure, maintenance, and compliance with safety protocols.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 7+ years of experience in HR and Administration, preferably in a legal or professional services firm.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in HRMS tools, Microsoft Office, and data management systems.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
