Job Title: Business Development AssociateJob Description:As a proactive and detail-oriented individual, you will play a key role in identifying and researching potential clients, analyzing their needs, and crafting professional cold emails to drive business growth.Identify and research potential clients, companies, and partnership opportunities to enhance business expansionCompile prospect lists using platforms and internal tools to streamline the outreach processAnalyze prospect needs and determine fit for our products or services to ensure optimal matchMaintain accurate research notes and data in CRM or tracking spreadsheets to track progressCraft and send professional cold emails to potential clients to initiate business conversationsSend follow-up emails and reminders to prospects who have not responded to encourage engagementTrack communication progress across multiple touchpoints to ensure seamless interactionsSchedule and coordinate discovery calls, demos, or introduction meetings to facilitate business connectionsKeep CRM notes up to date with communication history, statuses, and next steps to maintain a clear view of business developmentsOrganize lead lists, outreach tracking documents, and meeting schedules to optimize business efficiencyRequired Skills and Qualifications:Strong research and analytical skills to identify and qualify potential clientsExcellent communication and writing skills to craft effective cold emails and communicate with prospectsAbility to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectivesProficiency in using CRM software and other tools to manage leads and dataOrganizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesBenefits:This part-time remote role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to business growth while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.
