The role involves preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts while ensuring compliance with US tax regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and review US federal and state tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S, etc.). - Assist with tax planning and compliance for diverse clients. - Research tax issues and provide solutions to clients. - Maintain accurate and organized tax records. - Communicate with clients and team members to resolve tax-related queries. - Stay updated on US tax laws and regulations. - Bookkeeping and accounting Qualifications: * EA preferred - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - 2-3 years of experience in US tax preparation - Familiarity with US tax return preparation software is a plus. - Strong proficiency in MS Excel and accounting principles. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
