Cloud Infrastructure Expert RoleAs a seasoned Cloud Infrastructure Consultant, you will be working with leading-edge cloud-native technologies to design and implement optimal solutions for our customers.Key Responsibilities:Lead the technical onboarding process for customers using Managed OpenStack and Managed Kubernetes.Collaborate with customers to understand their infrastructure requirements and develop tailored cloud-native solutions.Provide expert guidance on the use of OpenStack, Kubernetes, and related cloud-native technologies.Offer strategic advice on cloud architecture, including network design, storage solutions, and compute resource management.Educate customers on best practices for managing and maintaining OpenStack and Kubernetes infrastructure, including upgrades, monitoring, scaling and operational efficiency.Implement automation solutions to streamline deployments using Go, Python, Bash, and CI/CD best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during customer onboarding and ongoing usage.Deliver expert services solutions to existing customers in accordance with a statement of work document in a timely fashion and with utmost attention to detail.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve the customer experience and provide feedback on features and product improvements.Provide continuous feedback to internal Quality Assurance teams on product usability, testing requirements, and customer usage patterns.Develop and deliver technical workshops, demos, and training sessions for customers.
