Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Answering phone calls and managing client inquiries in both English and Hindi.
  • Booking and confirming appointments, managing the clinic calendar, and coordinating schedules.
  • Manage the clinic owner's personal calendar and schedule meetings.
  • Maintaining patient records and ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Customer Service:
  • Greeting clients warmly and ensuring they feel welcomed.
  • Addressing client concerns and questions professionally and effectively.
  • Providing detailed information about treatments and services offered at the clinic.
  • Sales and Marketing:
  • Promoting clinic services and skincare products to clients.
  • Upselling treatments and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and clinic revenue.
  • Assisting with social media management and marketing campaigns to attract new clients.
  • Clinic Operations:
  • Ensuring the clinic environment is well-organized, clean, and conducive to high-quality care.
  • Ordering and managing inventory of supplies and skincare products.
  • Coordinating with other staff members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Sales experience with a solid understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Knowledge of skincare treatments and products is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
