Founded by an NYU Stern MBA, IIT Delhi alum and former NYC investment banker, the firm aims to utilize a strong understanding and know-how of private markets to deliver a strong value proposition to clients and investors.Job Description:We are seeking a talented and motivated Founder’s Office – Associate to join our team You will assist in several strategic and ad-hoc initiatives relating to business development, operations, and GTM strategy.Responsibilities:Researching industries, companies, customer and investor segments, and preparing concise market intelligence briefs and reportsMapping the deal and partnership landscape and analyzing investment activity, partnership trends, and startup ecosystemsSupporting business development and prioritizing leads for outreach through emails, LinkedIn, and surveys, among other channels Drafting customer research materials, pitch decks, and BD documents Coordinating calls, tracking leads, and managing follow-upsLearning the mechanics of startup growth, outreach, and ecosystem mappingStaying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies What we're looking for:Sharp analytical and research skills — comfortable working with both qualitative and quantitative dataProactive, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguityStrong written and verbal communicationSome experience or familiarity with B2B or B2C SaaS business development and GTMPrior internship or job experience in Founder's Office rolesStrong interest in a SaaS product launch as well as in private markets, fintech, and the PE/VC ecosystemBonus: experience in consulting, venture research, or business analysisWhat you'll gain:A front-row seat to a real SaaS product launchExposure to founder-level strategy and decision-makingDirect mentorship from the founderHands-on experience in business research, BD, and GTM executionA portfolio of real work impacting early-stage growthEducational Requirement:Currently pursuing or recent pass out with an MBA or a bachelor’s degree in business, management or a related fieldCompensation:Commensurate with experience and fitPerformance-linked incentivesLocation:Remote
