Job Title:Machine Learning EngineerThis role requires a seasoned professional with ~2+ years of experience in Machine Learning Operations (ML Ops) & Data Science.Responsibilities include deploying, monitoring, and scaling ML models on cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.We are looking for an expert who can build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or cloud-native solutions.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with containerization, orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes, and infrastructure management via Terraform or CloudFormation.We also need someone who can implement model registries, feature stores, and observability using MLflow, Feast, Prometheus, or Grafana.A strong collaboration with data scientists is essential to operationalize ML models for personalization, recommendations, or NLP applications.Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), and data pipelines (Airflow, Spark, SQL) is required.Bonus points for experience with real-time ML serving, A/B testing, or media/recommender systems.Nice-to-have skills include knowledge of experiment design, causal inference, and exposure to real-time ML serving. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
