Seeking an experienced Western flute educator to join our esteemed faculty. This role involves conducting live 1:1 and group online lessons for students of varying age groups and skill levels.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop personalized lesson plans tailored to individual student progress and align with our curriculum.Teach essential flute skills, including breathing techniques, tone production, articulation, finger agility, scales, études, sight-reading, and repertoire.Train students in music theory, rhythm accuracy, ear training, and performance techniques.Prepare students for international graded music exams (ABRSM, Trinity, etc.), competitions, recitals, and ensemble performances.Provide constructive feedback and guide students throughout their musical journey.Maintain a professional and engaging online learning environment.Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: Diploma/Degree in Western Classical Music (Flute) or equivalent certification from a recognized institution.Minimum 3 years of proven teaching experience in Western flute.Strong command over Western music theory, classical repertoire, études, scales, sight-reading, and performance techniques.Proficiency in English for effective communication with students from diverse backgrounds.Technical RequirementsReliable high-speed internet for uninterrupted online sessions.Laptop/desktop with a good quality microphone and webcam.BenefitsFlexible working hours—teach from the comfort of your home.Collaborate with motivated students worldwide and be part of a thriving global music community.Opportunities for career growth within a renowned institution.
