Application Portfolio Management (APM) SpecialistWe are seeking a strategic Application Portfolio Management (APM) Specialist to support our enterprise architecture and application rationalization efforts using LeanIX.This role is critical in capturing, analyzing, and maintaining application metadata to assess current technology usage, align future business requirements, and guide decisions on modernization, consolidation, or new application development.As an APM Specialist, you will have the opportunity to:Possess strong technical skills with LeanIX, including data stewardship, application rationalization, technology mapping, stakeholder engagement, and reporting insights.Foster excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to work closely with application owners, enterprise architects, and business analysts to gather insights and validate data.Key Responsibilities:Populate and maintain accurate application data within LeanIX, ensuring completeness and consistency across the portfolio.Evaluate applications for business value, assessing their alignment, user impact, and cost efficiency.Collaborate with stakeholders to map future business requirements to existing technologies and support decision-making on whether to enhance current platforms or build new applications.Generate dashboards and reports from LeanIX to support executive decision-making and provide insights into portfolio health, redundancy, risk, and optimization opportunities.Requirements:4+ years of experience in application portfolio management, enterprise architecture, or IT asset management.Hands-on experience with LeanIX or similar APM tools.Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, BIZBOK).
