About UsWe're seeking a skilled Learning Solutions Specialist to lead high-impact training programs across our global organization. This individual will proactively identify business needs and develop targeted learning solutions that strengthen employee performance and productivity.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end training programs from design to delivery, achieving measurable improvements in performance and productivity.Author and maintain engaging training content for e-learning, virtual, and live sessions with clear learning objectives and measurable outcomes.Analyze skill gaps and business priorities to develop targeted learning interventions addressing performance barriers.Build and implement post-training evaluations and reinforcement micro-learnings ensuring knowledge retention and consistent on-the-job application.Own and continuously improve key KPIs, including time-to-perform, new hire ramp-up time, training completion, and application rates, and measurable performance improvements.Develop and scale career development pathways accelerating internal mobility and strengthening leadership and functional talent pipelines.Partner with business leaders to ensure all learning initiatives are strategically aligned with department goals, driving both capability building and business impact.Requirements:8+ years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development.Strong expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies; relevant certification preferred.Proven experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Brightspace.Demonstrated success in delivering and scaling learning programs driving measurable skill development and business impact.Ability to comprehend complex or technical information and translate it into clear, engaging, and effective training content.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.Highly organized, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Why Join Our Team?A competitive compensation package.You will make a direct impact in accelerating scientific research and education.Opportunity to work with global teams and in an environment promoting innovation and collaboration.Our strong promotion from within culture draws a clear path to advance your career with us.
