Cloud Infrastructure EngineerOverview:Our organization is committed to protecting businesses from cyber threats through high-quality security solutions. We aim to empower companies to protect their digital assets and focus on growth.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain OpenShift clusters, including version upgrades, patching, scaling, and cluster lifecycle management.Deploy and scale containerized applications using the oc CLI, OpenShift Web Console, and Kubernetes-native tooling.Design and implement CI/CD pipelines integrating tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab for automated build, test, and deployment workflows.Configure and maintain monitoring and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, and related tools to ensure reliability and performance across GCP and OpenShift environments.Troubleshoot platform and application issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions.Implement security best practices, including RBAC, policies, network security, and compliance within Kubernetes/OpenShift.Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to automate provisioning and configuration of GCP resources.Collaborate with development, operations, architecture, and security teams to support application readiness and platform optimization.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, runbooks, and configuration references.Manage lifecycle operations including control plane/worker node upgrades, certificate renewals, and platform maintenance.Requirements:Strong hands-on experience in OpenShift cluster management, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.Proficiency with oc CLI, YAML manifests, Operators, Deployments, StatefulSets, Routes, and ConfigMaps.Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, or similar).Expertise in monitoring/observability using Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, or similar tools.Solid knowledge of GCP cloud services, IAM, networking, load balancers, and cloud resource management.Strong proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.Experience troubleshooting complex platform-level issues and conducting root cause analysis.Understanding of security, RBAC, container security, and Kubernetes/OpenShift best practices.Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Why You'll Love This RoleThis role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute to the development of high-quality security solutions.
