As an Influencer Coordinator, you will play a critical role in discovering and vetting top-performing content creators across all platforms.You will be responsible for conducting daily discovery tasks for existing clients and new briefs, handling an average of 2-4 briefs per day. This includes identifying and vetting 25 relevant creators daily, ensuring all influencers meet qualification criteria.Key responsibilities include automating outreach by funneling vetted influencer data through tools, executing 25 influencer outreaches daily, and maintaining strong relationships with creators and agency contacts to foster long-term partnerships.Additionally, you will update and manage the database for all creators moved forward from outreach efforts, analyze creators' content to identify key metrics and insights, and continuously expand the roster targeting a 25% monthly growth rate.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and remain flexible in completing tasks to meet business needs.This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our agency.
