They should also have proven startup experience, with the ability to thrive in 0→1 and high-growth environments.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Build and scale high-functioning engineering teams, ensuring successful onboarding and retention.System Architecture: Own and oversee system architecture and design, ensuring scalable and secure solutions for consumer-facing platforms.Engineering Development Process: Establish and manage the engineering development process, driving modern practices in coding, testing, and deployment.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, and Business) to deliver impactful solutions.Cloud-Native Development: Drive cloud-native development, ensuring platform reliability, high performance, and scalability to meet rapid growth needs.Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years in an engineering management role (preferably remote teams).Proven startup experience: ability to thrive in 0→1 and high-growth environments.Hands-on experience in recruiting engineers, building onboarding programs, and creating successful teams.Background in marketplace businesses or insurance technology is highly desirable.Expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and modern cloud architectures.BenefitsThis is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary range of 70 - 100 LPA.
