HCLTech Walk-In Drive For OTC Collection & Dispute Management ( 3 -5 Years ) 17 to 18th DecHR SPOC: Suryapriya Venue: HCLTech, AMB 6Profile: OTC Collection & Dispute ManagementMajor Responsibilities: -Collection of all complex/high profile accounts in the portfolio following the defined collection strategy and accountability of aged receivables as per defined metrics/SLAsImplementation of service stops/ remove stops according to process.Review of UMCC and on account payments as per ICMP guidelinesIdentify the potential write-offs for clearing aged debts.Accountability for debt and cash targets achievement on a quarterly/monthly basisTimely and correct dunning process + handover of insolvent customers/ customers unwilling to pay to legal collections.Detection and help for process improvement opportunities for collection + system improvements.Where technical knowledge gaps have been identified through the review process, the job holder will work with the Administrators and the respective Team leader to aid in the closure of that gap.Responsible for new process implementation within the teamsEnsure adherence to process and strategies that will allow best in class results in a controlled environmentBackground, skills, experience, and qualifications: -A minimum of 2 years experience within an OTC Collections team (Required)Should have Finance background. Preferably B.com and MBA (Finance) graduatesExcellent communication skill (Oral and written)Willing to work in Night shiftProven track record in meeting targets and SLAsPC literacy, particularly in MS OfficeDemonstrate a customer focused orientation.Strong negotiation skillsProject methodology experienceExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsRole specific competencies and requirements: -Fluency in (English), both written and verbal.Results / Target driven.Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills.Commitment to developing oneself and desire to develop others.Good listening skillsTeam PlayerAbility to work on own initiative.Adaptable to a changing environment & flexible with regard to working patterns.Excellent Customer Care skillsLeadership & People Management SkillsNote - Any collections experience with Voice can apply (Only immediate joiner and less than 15 Days can apply else do not apply please)
