Responsibilities:

  • Define inspection standards and quality judgment criteria for products; supervise and ensure the effective implementation of quality standards.
  • Monitor process control in EMS and drive continuous improvement of quality performance.
  • Collect and analyze quality data; organize teams to develop and implement quality improvement actions.
  • Follow the FA (Failure Analysis) process for customer returns and submit 8D reports with effective problem-solving.
  • Handle customer audits, internal audits, and hierarchical audits; drive timely closure of identified issues.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • At least 3 years of experience in quality management, preferably in manufacturing
  • Native English speaker (Chinese proficiency is a strong plus)
  • Familiarity with EMS SMT/PCBA processes and quality operations
  • Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 quality management system
  • Proficiency in quality tools and structured problem-solving methodologies
