Job Title:Network ArchitectJob DescriptionThe role of the Network Architect involves designing, building and maintaining large-scale computer networks. This includes local area networks (LANs), metropolitan area networks (MANs) and wide area networks (WANs). The architect must consider various factors such as scalability, security, reliability and cost when creating these complex systems.Key responsibilities of a Network Architect include:Designing network architecture for large-scale deployments;Implementing networking protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP;Ensuring network security through firewalls, access control lists and intrusion detection/prevention systems;Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting issues;Collaborating with other teams to ensure alignment and adherence to organizational standards.Additionally, a Network Architect must stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in networking, including cloud computing, software-defined networking (SDN) and network function virtualization (NFV).Required Skills & QualificationsFor this position, we are looking for an individual who possesses strong technical skills in networking, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
