Key responsibilities include:Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate testability techniques into the design flowDeveloping and implementing comprehensive test strategies, including scan insertion, ATPG, and Boundary Scan (JTAG) insertionUtilizing advanced tools and methodologies to achieve high test coverage and fault detection ratesAnalyzing test results, identifying potential design issues, and recommending corrective actionsMaintaining test plans and reports, adhering to industry standardsRequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree a plus)4-20 years of experience in Design for Testability (DFT) for ASICs or SoCsIn-depth knowledge of DFT concepts (scan insertion, ATPG, BSCAN, fault modeling, test coverage analysis)Proven ability to independently implement and optimize DFT strategiesExpertise in industry-standard DFT tools (Synopsys DFT Compiler, TetraMAX, etc.)Experience with scripting languages (Perl, TCL) for automation is a plusBenefitsThis position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for professional growth and collaboration with a dynamic team.
