Job TitleWe are seeking a highly skilled Taxation Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in taxation and accounts, with expertise in handling client communications, managing tax deliveries, and ensuring quality and timeliness.The role involves exposure to various personal tax returns and laws, including Indian, US, UK, and Canadian taxes. The successful candidate will also have experience in reviewing tax calculations, mentoring teams, and managing day-to-day activities.In this position, you will be responsible for complying with daily submission of timesheets, updating workflow systems, and managing outsourced tax operations from Canada. Additionally, proficiency in using features of Tax prep and profile for Canada tax returns preparation is desirable.Handling client communications and managing all deliveries of each engagement to ensure the quality and TAT is maintained.Exposure to Indian/US/UK/Canadian personal tax returns/laws.Reviewing tax calculations by tax analysts and ensuring feedback is documented.Mentoring taxation team and ensuring high-quality timely deliverables in client-facing setup.Manage & direct the day-to-day activities of the offshore tax group.Responsible for complying with daily submission of timesheets, updating workflow systems.Manage & supervise the day-to-day activities of the Outsourced Tax Operations from Canada.Should have experience in handling live tax seasons for India.US/UK/Canada.Proficient in using various features of Tax prep and profile for Canada tax returns preparation (Desirable not mandatory).Preferred candidates should have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
