ServiceNow DeveloperWe are seeking a seasoned expert in ServiceNow development to lead our team.About the Role:Leverage your expertise in App Engine development to design, develop, and implement custom applications.Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to ensure their growth and success.Create complex workflows, business rules, and custom applications that drive efficiency and effectiveness.Establish coding standards and best practices for the team.Conduct thorough code reviews and guarantee the quality of deliverables.Troubleshoot intricate technical issues and propose effective solutions.Develop detailed technical documentation and knowledge base articles to support the team's efforts.Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to solution design sessions.Necessary Qualifications:A minimum of 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow App Engine development.Current ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist).Experience in at least 2 large-scale ServiceNow implementations.Expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.A proven track record of technical leadership and mentoring.Key Skills:Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow App Engine Studio and App Engine Templates.Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript.A deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and limitations.Proficiency in: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Workflows, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal development.Experience with source control and deployment tools.Knowledge of REST/SOAP web services and APIs.Leadership Capabilities:Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior developers.Experience in conducting technical training sessions.Strong code review and quality assurance skills.Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Experience in estimating development effort and managing technical deliverables.
