Spearhead the creative vision and execution of AI-generated educational videos from concept development to final production, ensuring each project meets teaching objectives and production style.This exciting opportunity combines animation expertise with the evolving possibilities of AI-assisted content creation.Oversee the production of AI-generated educational videos aligned with learning goals.Manage a team of AI video artists, animators, and editors to deliver high-quality education videos for university-level courses.Collaborate with subject experts and educators to ensure animations effectively communicate key concepts and meet learning goals.Coordinate production timelines, oversee creative workflows, and maintain well-organized asset libraries to ensure timely and high-quality outputs.Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field. 5+ years of experience in video production, motion graphics, or creative direction, including leadership of design or video teams are also necessary.Demonstrated expertise in conceptual storytelling, ability to translate objectives into engaging narratives, and understanding of video storytelling fundamentals: composition, pacing, color theory, and narrative flow are required. Solid skills in compositing, color theory, and color correction to ensure visual coherence and high production value are essential. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain organized file structures is a must.A background in generative AI video tools and a willingness to learn and adopt new technologies where they can enhance efficiency and creativity are highly valued.
