Job Title: Accountant Key Responsibilities:* Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment transactions accurately and on time.* Manage accounts receivable and follow up on collections to ensure timely payments.* Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.* Support month-end and year-end closing activities.* Connect with Auto Insurance companies adjusters via email and phone to go over accounts and invoices* Connect with Law Firms via email and phone to go over accounts and invoices* Law firm Settlement payment collections* Connect with Extended Health Insurance companies adjusters via email and phone to go over accounts and invoices•* Reconcile bank statements and account balances.* Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.* Coordinate with clients and internal teams for billing and payment clarifications.* Handle other finance-related administrative duties as required. Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.* 2–4 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (preferably with exposure to collections and invoicing).* Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar).* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.* High attention to detail and accuracy.* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.US ShiftSAL-4-4.5 LPA
