Storable is looking for a Product Owner-AI to define, validate, and deliver AI-driven product improvements to delight clients and solve problems. You will work with colleagues across product, marketing, design, analytics, and engineering to identify opportunities to build innovative features, grow revenues, and make regular improvements in reliability and accuracy. Your success will be measured in progress toward the achievement of your team's business objective, which is centered on building a better experience for storage operators.


What you'll do:

  • Gather feedback from clients, support teams, executives, UI/UX and development teams to define products that will deliver innovative and delightful solutions to clients' biggest problems
  • Synchronize research and feedback with data to ensure that new features align with product and company strategy and roadmap
  • Understand AI / ML models including LLMs, RAGs, and data fabric
  • Collaborate with the UX Designers to create screen mockups and prototypes
  • Create and maintain user stories that have clear acceptance criteria and defined expected functionality tied to business outcomes
  • Manage and prioritize backlog, and manage refinement sessions and sprint planning to ensure the highest priority work is advancing through development
  • Ensure that the work produced by the development team creates the intended value
  • Act as the final step of validation before new product features are delivered
  • Prioritize the product backlog to best achieve key business outcomes
  • Preview proposed changes and review working software with the team as well as internal and external stakeholders to ensure a product change is understood, communicated, and properly supported
  • Co-develop with Product Manager a centralized internal knowledge hub where product resources and documentation will live


What you'll need:

  • Data and research-first mentality
  • Ability to context switch quickly across multiple workstreams and internal products
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize information from many sources and assemble those inputs into a plan to deliver the most customer value
  • Experience working in a nimble product delivery organization where product, design, and engineering work in close collaboration
  • Familiarity working with Agile Scrum methodologies, including the ability to write actionable and detailed user stories
  • Passion for understanding user behavior and building great online user experiences
  • Comfort with both the art (user empathy, design) and science (analytics, statistics, structured hypotheses) of product management
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure deliverables are precise and accurate
  • Experience building and supporting a greenfield product (brand new, developed from scratch) while addressing upstream technical debt inherited from legacy products.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain the reasoning behind your improvements, the insights you aim to gain, and how they align with the broader overall strategy.

  • Ability to navigate hard conversations and produce desired outcomes for all participants
  • Manages projects independently
  • Experience working with data analytics and business intelligence tools
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 4 years in a Product Owner OR Product Manager role
  • Demonstrated experience and working knowledge of AI concepts, models and tools is a major plus
