Job Role:Quality Assurance SpecialistEvaluate and pre-qualify manufacturers and products including pharmaceutical items, medical devices.Coordinate documents, execute project segments, and perform quality control tasks.Key Responsibilities:Perform plant evaluations via desktop assessments as necessary.Verify authenticity of ISO and other certifications.Conduct on-site audits for document or cause investigations at manufacturers' premises.Gather and assess product documentation.Review and approve product documentation files.Verify CE and other relevant certifications.Engage in discussions with manufacturers regarding product inquiries.Prepare assessment reports and product data sheets.Analyze shipment temperature files.Additional Key Responsibilities:Create item codes and plant identifiers within the enterprise resource planning system.Maintain QD mailboxes and manage electronic content management requests.Support quality department functions.Develop and implement quality management systems and compliance procedures.Aid corporate QA in defining standard operating procedures.Analyze warehouse temperature data.Implement quality-related projects.This role requires a strong focus on quality assurance and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and implementing quality management systems to ensure seamless operations across all business units.
