Symbiosis Open Education Society Pune (Chaturshrungi Road, Model Colony, Shivajinagar, Pune) is looking for suitable candidates for the position of Exam Coordinator.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Exam Coordinator to oversee exam proctoring, provide technical support to students, and address their queries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proctor and invigilate exams to ensure a fair testing environment.- Provide technical support and solutions to students regarding exam-related issues.- Respond to emails and online chat inquiries from students promptly.- Manage student requests and facilitate effective communication.- Address student queries through walk-ins and telephone interactions.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Strong Communication and interpersonal Skills.- Goods hands on Experience in an Educational Institute.- Minimum Bachelor's Degree.- Basics computer knowledge like MS Word, MS Excel and Drafting Mails.
