Join a team that values innovation, collaboration, and building technology that matters.YOU'LL GET TO Shape enterprise architecture strategy for systems managing 1.3M+ devices, defining technical roadmaps and owning non-functional requirements at scaleChampion API-first design and microservices architecture across the organization—setting standards, creating reusable patterns, and leading architecture governanceDrive innovation with AI/ML technologies, integrating intelligent capabilities into products and promoting AI tools to enhance team productivityLead cross-functional projects across multiple technology stacks (C#/.NET, Java, Python), guiding teams through complex technical challengesInfluence engineering direction through architecture reviews, technical advisement, and building consensus on critical decisionsMentor architects and engineers as a recognized technical authority, elevating organizational capabilities through coaching and knowledge sharingConduct experiments and proofs of concept to evaluate emerging technologies with an evidence-based, bias-for-action approachWHAT YOU'LL NEED BS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience (post-graduate work desirable)10+ years building scalable systems in enterprise environments7+ years in architecture roles with demonstrated cross-functional leadershipAWS Solutions Architect Professional certification requiredExpertise across multiple programming languages and cloud platformsTechnical Authority:Deep expertise in multiple languages: C#/.NET, Java, Python, or other enterprise stacksMastery of API-first design, RESTful/GraphQL APIs, and microservices architecture at enterprise scaleProven experience architecting complex distributed systems, IoT solutions, and cloud-native platforms on AWSAdvanced knowledge of event-driven architecture, asynchronous messaging, containerization, and infrastructure as codeExperience integrating AI/ML capabilities and driving adoption of AI-assisted development practicesLeadership & Influence:You lead cross-functional projects and build consensus across engineering teamsYou communicate complex technical concepts persuasively to engineers and executive leadershipYou act as advisor and coach, elevating the skills of architects and engineers around youYou integrate business strategy into architectural decisions and influence organizational directionYou solve novel problems with innovative approaches and sound judgmentStrategic Thinking:You understand competitive differentiation and contribute to long-term technical strategyYou see how architectural decisions ripple across the organization and use those connectionsYou balance innovation with pragmatism, knowing when to experiment and when to standardizeYou're comfortable with ambiguity and have latitude to determine approaches to critical assignmentsTeam & Growth:You'll work closely with engineering leadership and architecture peers, serving as a technical authority across multiple teams.
