Job DescriptionThe role entails spearheading Oracle OTM upgrade initiatives, designing bespoke functional enhancements, performing exhaustive testing, optimizing SQL queries, collaborating on infrastructure support, troubleshooting post-upgrade issues, and documenting solutions.Lead the charge in upgrading OTM to version 6.5.3.Design and implement tailored functional enhancements aligned with business objectives.Conduct comprehensive testing of upgrades and customizations.Optimize and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance.Collaborate with the team on infrastructure and integration support for OTM environments.Troubleshoot post-upgrade issues and provide ongoing operational support.Document solutions and facilitate knowledge transfer.Required Skills and Qualifications:4-7+ years of experience in OTM, including at least 2 full upgrade lifecycles.Hands-on expertise with OTM 6.5.x or similar versions.Strong knowledge of OTM configurations, workflows, and integrations.Solid experience in Oracle DB administration and SQL/PLSQL development.Familiarity with server, middleware, and infrastructure elements of OTM.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Background in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
