SAP SuccessFactorsHCM Testing Manager Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Testing Manager to support our HR and IT teams in writing test cases, running end-to-end test scripts, and documenting test results.Key Responsibilities:Test Case Development: Collaborate with the team to create comprehensive test cases that cover all aspects of SAP SuccessFactors HCM.Test Script Execution: Run end-to-end test scripts to ensure the smooth operation of the system.Result Documentation: Accurately document test results using templates/frameworks provided by the project.Automation Initiatives: Drive automation initiatives using tools compatible with SuccessFactors (e.g., Worksoft, Tosca).Compliance: Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and audit requirements.Requirements:Skills and Qualifications:SuccessFactors/HCM Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HCM systems.Team Player: Excellent collaboration and communication skills.Professional English: Fluency in professional-level English, both written and verbal.Additional Requirements:Total IT Experience: A minimum of 5 years of total IT experience.SAP Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience working with SAP systems.Success Factors Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience working with SuccessFactors.HCM/HR Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience working in HCM or HR.Testing Automation Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience working with testing automation tools.Full Lifecycle Implementation: Experience with full lifecycle implementation of end-to-end projects is highly desirable.Benefits:We offer a competitive salary, remote work opportunities, and a collaborative work environment.What We're Looking For:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about testing and quality assurance.
