About the Role We’re looking for a Creative Video Editor & Content Visualiser who can think, shoot, and edit impactful videos for our D2C brand — from product shoots to UGC-style ads and social content. This is not just a technical editing role — we want someone who understands brand storytelling, can visualize a concept, and turn simple products into scroll-stopping content. What You’ll Do 🎥 Plan, shoot, and edit videos for social media ads, product explainers, and UGC-style content. 💡 Conceptualize fresh video ideas based on product, audience, and campaign goals. 📸 Work closely with the marketing and creative team to turn scripts into visual stories. ⚙️ Edit for performance — keeping hooks, pacing, and engagement in mind. 📱 Manage quick turnaround UGC edits using mobile + pro software (Premiere Pro/Final Cut). 🎬 Stay updated with D2C ad trends, video styles, and content formats that convert. 🎭 Occasionally face the camera for brand-led UGC or explainer clips (bonus, not mandatory). What We’re Looking For ✅ Proven experience editing and producing videos for a D2C brand. ✅ Strong grasp of UGC, short-form video, and performance ad formats. ✅ Ability to conceptualize and visualize content from scratch — not just execute. ✅ Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools. ✅ Bonus if you’ve worked in Kids or Pet category brands. ✅ Bonus if you’re comfortable being on camera occasionally.
