Job OverviewWe are seeking a strategic Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) Consulting Manager to lead our Training as a Service (TaaS) consulting team.Leadership & Coaching: Develop and mentor a high-performing team of Instructional Designers and DAP Content DevelopersProvide guidance, feedback, and career development support to enhance team capability and confidenceFoster an innovative culture, prioritize quality and continuous improvementOversee workload, prioritization, and performance, ensuring client deliverables meet the highest standardsClient Strategy & Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding enterprise clients on their DAP vision, roadmap, and governance approachFacilitate strategy workshops with client stakeholders to define digital adoption goals, success measures, and change management alignmentTranslate client business needs into actionable DAP strategies and scalable adoption frameworksBuild strong, long-term relationships with client leadership teamsSolution Design & Delivery Oversight: Provide strategic oversight for the design and delivery of WalkMe and other DAP solutions across enterprise applicationsEnsure solutions align with client adoption goals and integrate seamlessly into their digital ecosystemsReview and guide solution design, ensuring user-centric and outcome-focused approachesPartner with project managers to monitor progress, risks, and outcomesThought Leadership & Evangelism: Advocate best practices for digital adoption for our clientsStay current on DAP innovations and advise clients on emerging trendsMentor junior consultants and developers on consulting skills as well as technical best practicesBuild a team of DAP ConsultantsRequirementsLeadership Experience: Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teamsConsulting Expertise: Strong expertise in digital adoption, instructional design, and training methodologiesCommunication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsTechnical Skills: Proficiency in WalkMe and other DAP solutions, as well as related tools and technologiesWhat We OfferProfessional Growth: Opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and rapidly evolving industryCollaborative Environment: Collaborative and inclusive work environment that fosters innovation and creativityCompetitive Compensation: Competitive compensation package that recognizes individual contributions and achievements
