Oracle EBS OPM Consultant Job OpportunityThis is a unique chance to take on the role of an Oracle EBS OPM Consultant. The successful candidate will have a blend of business knowledge and technical expertise in Oracle Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Quality modules.The consultant will analyze business problems and opportunities and provide solutions based on the Oracle EBS Architecture. They must be able to work with different teams to deliver the solution.Collaborate with business partners and onsite IT Analysts to understand and translate requirements into Functional Specifications and Design.Work closely with the technical team to hand off the functional design and support in the technical design and Development of the solution.Test the solutions, drive SIT/UAT, and support deployment after going live.Liaise with Oracle on production issues and product bugs.Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in production operations, identify the root cause of issues and recommend and implement the solution for uninterrupted production operations.Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this position, the ideal candidate should have:At least 6 to 9 years of working experience in Oracle Process Manufacturing in EBS along with the Costing module.Experience in at least 1 to 2 full cycle Implementations in the above modules.Minimum 1 to 2 Support project experience in Oracle EBS Applications as a EBS Manufacturing Functional Consultant.A strong understanding and hands-on experience in the following areas: Oracle Manufacturing and Maintenance in EBS, Oracle Cost Management, Plan to Produce and Make to Order business flows, and Agile Development Process.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Good understanding of Configuration Management and Incident Management.Familiarity with Fusion SCM is a plus.Hands-on experience in basic SQL and PL/SQL.Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent from a reputable institute.
